of the questions in Chinese exam. Today, in this online
Chinese course, I
would like to give you a phase of Chinese Pinyin “si1 xiang3 zhe3” and can you
guess what does it mean?
Generally speaking, it is not hard to get
the answer “思想者(si1
xiang3 zhe3)”. Of course, the pinyin of it is “si1 xiang3 zhe3” exactly. And it
is familiar to us all, which means the thinker. However, I want to introduce a
new phrase to you that is “私享者(si1
xiang3 zhe3)”.
At the first look of “私享者”, you
may find it is not a frequently-used word. You are right because it is a net

means “alone or individually”. “享” can
be interpreted as “享受(xiang3
shou4), which means enjoy”. As for “者(zhe3)”,

kind of people does it stand for if the three characters combined together?
Literally “私享者”
means “独自享乐的人(du2
zi4 xinag3 le4 de5 ren2)”, which means the person who is said to be hedonic
alone. Actually, it refers to those pursue health, leisure and an independent
